Qatari Ministry of Defense Announces Successful Repulsion of Iranian Drone Attack

Qatar's Ministry of Defense announced Thursday that its air defense systems had successfully intercepted and neutralized a coordinated Iranian drone attack targeting Qatari territory, marking one of the most serious security incidents in the Gulf in recent memory.

The ministry said in a statement that multiple unmanned aerial vehicles of Iranian origin were detected approaching Qatari airspace and were repelled before causing any damage or casualties.
